Job Title: Collection Executive

Location: Tin Factory, Bangalore

Job Description:

A Collection Executive is responsible for recovering overdue payments from customers on behalf of the company. They ensure timely collections by communicating effectively, maintaining accurate records, and following legal and ethical recovery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, or messages to remind them of due or overdue payments.

• Persuade customers to make timely payments and explain consequences of non-payment.

• Maintain daily records of interactions, follow-ups, and payment commitments.

• Resolve customer queries related to loan terms, payment schedules, or account status.

• Coordinate with internal departments for escalations or disputes.

• Meet daily and monthly recovery targets as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Patience and the ability to handle rejection or difficult conversations.

• Good listening skills and empathy.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

• Understanding of loan products and collection protocols.

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment follow-ups.

• Remind customers of due/overdue payments and negotiate for timely repayment.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and payment status.

• Resolve queries related to EMIs, penalties, or account details.

• Escalate difficult cases to senior team members as required.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year in collections or recovery process.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of loan products and collection ethics.

Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

Languages:English & Hindi

Salary: 18000 to 20000+ incentives

Working Days

• 6 Days a Week

• 1 Rotational Week Off

Shift timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
