Job Title: Caller cum Collection Executive

Location: [New Bowenpally, Secunderabad]

Job Type: Initially Training (with Stipend) → Full-Time Employment

Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Caller cum Collection Executives. The role begins with an initial training period during which you will be trained in communication techniques, collections processes, and compliance guidelines.

On successful completion of the training the Company will facilitate you to write the DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) examination conducted by the Institute of Banking and financial services, which certificate is very valuable in the Banking Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments.

Explain payment terms, settlement options, and offer resolutions in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer status in the system.

Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections.

Meet monthly targets as set by the management.

Training Period:

Duration: [1-2months]

Stipend: [6000/- per month]

Training Includes: Soft skills, debt recovery laws, CRM systems, company processes.

Post Training – Full-Time Employment:

Salary: [minimum salary of Rs.20,000/- + Rs.3,000/- (Petrol allowance) + incentives for the collection / revenue earned over and above the required revenue generation.]

Timings: [9:30 AM to 6:30PM]

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Language]

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM use)

Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly attitude

Prior experience in telecalling or collections is a plus (not mandatory)
