Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as a Repayments Associate and contribute to the financial well-being of our customers by assisting them in managing their outstanding credit card bills.
Experience Range: 2 to 5 years in tele-calling, customer service or collections. Collection experience will be preferred.
What you will do and should have:
● Initiate outbound calls to customers with outstanding credit card bills.
● Explain the benefits of timely repayment and assist customers in selecting the most convenient payment method.
● Strong negotiation skills to persuade customers to complete their due bill payments through suitable repayment options.
● Handle objections and negotiate payment terms when necessary.
● Resolve conflicts with a customer-centric approach, aiming for a positive resolution
● Build rapport with customers to understand their financial situations and constraints.
● Address customer queries and concerns with empathy, providing clear and accurate information.
● Target oriented team player with passion to excel in the role and drive team targets.
● Problem solving skills to provide accurate information to the customer to attract payments
Qualifications:
● Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain composure during customer interactions.
● Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service is preferred.
● Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
● Empathetic approach towards understanding customer situations.
● Basic knowledge of credit card processes and repayment options is a plus.
