About the Role

We are looking for a Collection Agent / Recovery Executive to join our team at Baba Lease and Investment Pvt Ltd to handle customer calls, provide exceptional support, and ensure recovery of overdue loan payments. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary and excellent opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.

• Contact customers to recover overdue loan payments.

• Explain loan/payment details, outstanding amounts, and due dates clearly.

• Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and manage complaints.

• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and commitments in CRM.

• Negotiate repayment plans within company policy.

• Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve their issues.

• Escalate unresponsive or disputed cases to the Collection Manager.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance/collection targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

• Prior experience in loan recovery / telecalling / debt collection preferred.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM entry).

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable working 6 days a week during day shift.
