📝 Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and goal-oriented Collection Associate to join our dynamic team. If you have excellent communication skills and are ready to start your career in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you!

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone to remind them of pending payments.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and payment statuses.

• Resolve payment-related queries in a polite and professional manner.

• Follow up consistently to ensure timely collections.

• Collaborate with team members and report updates to the supervisor.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

🔹 Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

🗓️ Working Days: 6 days a week
🛌 Week Off: 1 rotational week off
