Job Description
We are seeking for a candidate who is responsible for engaging with clients after the completion of sales to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to facilitate additional services and referrals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinating with customers in their sales documentation.
Coordinate with bank and assist clients in loan documentation and process.
Handling customer grievances – related to payment issue, loan process issues, customization in unit issues, possession & clearance formality issues.
Coordinating with team for due & pending instalments, collection updating, processing & filing of all documents.
Planning & Co-ordination on agreement for sale registration process.
Provide post sales services, assist clients in completing all necessary post sales documentation and ensure all legal and compliance standards are met.
Gather client feedback to improve future sales strategies and overall customer service.
Offer and manage additional services such as home improvement, interior design referrals or property management services.
Maintain detailed records of post-sale interactions and provide regular reports to management on client satisfaction and post sales activity.
You will be a good fit, if you have
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Proven work experience in CRM, preferably in real estate or banking (Home loan).
Detail-oriented with a capability for problem solving.
