We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage and grow our dealer relationships. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, proactive problem-solver, and committed to creating long-term value for our clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers (our supply partners).
Work on onboarding new dealers, ensuring smooth integration into Junigadi’s system.
Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, resolving issues and addressing concerns promptly.
Conduct weekly communication and performance reviews with dealers to track results and provide guidance.
Help dealers maximize sales and marketing opportunities using Junigadi’s platform.
Ensure dealers receive the best service and support, keeping them engaged and satisfied.
Drive customer retention and engagement by consistently adding value to dealer partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on commitments and improve dealer experience.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the dealer network in the region.
Provide insights on dealer behavior, industry trends, and market opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in client relationship management, dealer handling, or automobile sales preferred.
Excellent communication and listening skills in Gujarati, Hindi (English is a plus).
Strong understanding of the automobile industry and dealer ecosystem.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and help clients achieve better results.
Proactive, professional, and committed to delivering high-value service.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple clients.
