Core responsibilities –
● Client Coordination – Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood, documented, and communicated to the Project Manager for seamless execution.
● Turnaround Time (TAT) – One major criterion leading to client satisfaction is the execution of the project in a timely manner. The manager needs to monitor the turnaround time for all their projects and strive to improve it to meet the company's desired standards.
● Client Satisfaction – Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and work with the internal team, through the Project Manager, to provide quick resolutions.
● Business growth – The executive will have to drive business growth from designated clients in alignment with company-set targets.
● Reporting – The executive needs to maintain meticulous project documentation and provide timely reports as necessary.
Must have skills –
● Excellent Communication Skills – The manager should possess strong written and verbal communication skills (Tamil and Kannada) to effectively communicate with our external clients. Additionally, the manager should be sophisticated and polished as they will represent
● Problem-Solving Ability – Ability to handle client issues swiftly and effectively in collaboration with the internal team.
● Client-Focused Approach – A professional demeanor that reflects well on company and fosters long-term client relationships.
● Intermediate Excel skills – Since the trackers are maintained in excel, the manager needs to be proficient in using Excel.
