1) Good communication skills
2) Good in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data consolidation, etc.)
3) Experience in maintaining MIS and recruitment trackers
4) Hands-on experience with CRM tools
5) Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in client handling/Client Relationship or recruitment operations
6) Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
7) Flexible to travel on short notice
8) Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations effectively
