Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Center Manager to oversee and manage the daily
operations of our healthcare center. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
healthcare services, strong counselling abilities, and proven leadership skills to ensure smooth
functioning of the center and high patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the healthcare center to ensure efficiency and quality of services.
• Supervise, guide, and support the center team to achieve operational and service goals.
• Provide counselling and support to patients on healthcare services, treatment plans, and
procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff for seamless service
delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to patient services and center
activities.
• Monitor center performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare center operations or patient care services.
• Strong counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
