We are looking for a Call Quality Analyst to join our team at Kayakalp Healthcare Llp. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Healthcare. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹20000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor & Evaluate Calls – Listen to inbound/outbound calls and assess them based on quality parameters and business compliance.
Prepare Quality Reports – Document findings and create daily/weekly/monthly QA reports.
Provide Feedback – Conduct feedback sessions and coaching for agents to improve performance.
Identify Gaps – Highlight process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with Team Leaders & Operations to implement corrective actions.
Maintain Compliance – Ensure all calls adhere to company guidelines and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
🎓 Graduate in any stream (Preferred: BBA/B.Com/BA)
📅 Experience: 1–3 years as Quality Analyst / Call Quality Checker / Call Auditor
💻 Familiarity with QA tools and CRM software is a plus
