The Call Center Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers interested in solar panels. This role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, providing quotations, and converting leads into sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers interested in solar panels and respond to their queries professionally.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new sales leads.
Provide detailed information about solar panel products and services, pricing, and installation processes.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the field sales and installation teams to ensure smooth customer experience.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or tele-sales role, preferably in solar energy or related fields.
