About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee and manage our core business operations, including Sales, Accounts, Purchase, and HRMS. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who can streamline processes, drive growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor sales operations, client relations, and revenue targets.
Oversee accounting functions including billing, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Handle purchasing and vendor management, ensuring timely procurement and cost control.
Administer HRMS activities such as employee onboarding, attendance, payroll, and compliance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficiency and transparency.
Coordinate with management to plan budgets and business strategies.
Prepare performance reports and ensure all departments align with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience managing multi-department operations (SME/startup experience preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency with business software (Tally, Excel, CRM, ERP, HRMS tools, etc.).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
