Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company’s HR and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Present and promote company services to prospective clients.

Assist in preparing business proposals and client presentations.

Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams (HR & Operations) for smooth client servicing.

Maintain and update business development reports and CRM.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Freshers with good communication and confidence are welcome.

Prior experience in sales/BD/HR services will be an added advantage.
