Job Title: Business Development Manager – Travel & Trip OrganizationJob Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our trip and adventure organization company. The role involves driving sales, building strategic partnerships, enhancing customer experience, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, a passion for travel and adventure, and the ability to convert opportunities into business success.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in treks, tours, corporate outings, and backpacking trips.Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporates, travel partners, and individual customers.Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to design innovative travel packages.Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of trips and campaigns.Pitch corporate travel packages and outdoor team-building activities to companies.Manage customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion through online and offline channels.Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure long-term customer retention.Represent the company at travel fairs, expos, and networking events.Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.Requirements:Proven experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in the travel/adventure industry).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong knowledge of customer handling, trip execution, and travel operations.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Passion for travel, adventure, and outdoor activities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (MBA preferred).Skills Required:Trips execution & planning knowledgeCustomer relationship managementComputer proficiency & online sales knowledgeStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsBusiness development & strategic thinkingProblem-solving and adaptability
