As a Business Development Executive, Your key responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring credentials & certificate renewals (BIS, BEE, CE).

• Tracking subscriptions such as Ceematech and Projects Today.

• Handling corporate email monitoring and forwarding relevant inquiries.

• Sending email inquiries to the Marketing team to support business outreach.

• Submitting production data to IEEMA for compliance and reporting.

• Maintaining QR codes and ensuring accurate digital tracking.

• Managing the Exhibitions' List and coordinating participation in events like Elecrama.

• Handling event participation and ensuring seamless representation in trade fairs.

• Entering visiting card details into ERP for record-keeping.

• Backing up data for PPTs, catalogs, website updates, and LinkedIn posts.

• Coordinating with the creative team for social media posts and marketing materials.

• Managing business development (BD) commercial activities, including:

• Sub-vendor registration in ERP.

• Negotiating vendor offers.

• Placing purchase orders (POs).

• Making SRN (Stock Receipt Note) entries.

• Processing bill booking and payment releases in ERP.

• Reviewing BD activities in Bangalore and ensuring smooth execution.
