Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales and build strong client relationships for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, client handling, and business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential and commercial projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

• Present property options to clients and conduct site visits.

• Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand customer base.

• Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.

• Collaborate with marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Proven track record in sales & business development (preferably in real estate).

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

• Good understanding of local real estate market & customer behavior.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
