WindStream is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help expand its customer base and partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing sales for our internet and digital connectivity services
Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities in both residential and commercial segments.
• Promote WindStream’s broadband and internet solutions through direct sales, field visits, calls, and local networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new connections and revenue.
• Generate leads through marketing activities, local events, referrals, and door-to-door campaigns.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical/support) to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, customer feedback, and follow-ups.
