Business Development Associate (BDA)
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for driving membership sales, building strong customer relationships, and supporting overall growth of the gym. This role focuses on generating leads, converting prospects, creating partnerships, and ensuring an exceptional member on-boarding experience.
Identify and pursue new membership leads through calls, walk-ins, social media, outreach events, and referrals.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective members and guide them through the membership process.
Achieve monthly membership sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Greet potential clients, understand their fitness goals, and recommend suitable membership plans or services.
Conduct gym tours and explain facilities, programs, and membership benefits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and referrals.
Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.
Establish partnerships with nearby corporates, residential societies, and fitness communities.
Assist in planning marketing activities, sales drives, and fitness events.
Maintain and update CRM records, leads pipeline, and follow-up schedules.
Provide support during peak hours and ensure smooth front desk operations when required.
Gather customer feedback and communicate insights for service improvement.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Passion for fitness and a strong understanding of gym services is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with monthly sales targets.
