K9HR SOLUTIONS is Looking for Business Development Executive. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Software & IT Services. The role offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, cold outreach, networking, and partnerships.
Develop new business opportunities in international markets
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Build long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and trust-building.
Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
Maintain records, track leads, and prepare sales reports.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales (preferably in IT/software services).
Excellent English communication skills (both written & verbal) – must be confident in client conversations.
Strong understanding of IT services such as web/app development, ERP, cloud, and digital solutions.
Proven ability in lead generation, proposal writing, and client acquisition.
Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Up-work, Clutch, etc. is an advantage.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Flexible to work in overlapping hours with international clients.
