Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
Identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and outlet expansion targets.
Cross-sell and up-sell QSR products/services to corporate clients, institutions, and event partners.
Market Expansion
Conduct market research to identify potential locations for new outlets.
Develop relationships with mall operators, real estate agents, and property owners for store expansion.
Support franchise development (if applicable).
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and business partners.
Handle client inquiries and provide customized QSR solutions for bulk/corporate orders.
Brand Promotion & Partnerships
Identify and execute local marketing tie-ups, events, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
Drive customer engagement initiatives to attract new customers.
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams for smooth execution of business deals.
Ensure timely contract closure, payment collection, and compliance with company policies.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and business development reports.
Track competitor activities and market trends to suggest business strategies.
Targets & Performance
Meet business acquisition and sales targets as assigned by management.
Continuously work towards increasing brand presence and market share in the QSR industry.
