What You'll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you'll mainly:

• Find new clients and partners through research.

• Look for and go after new business chances using both traditional methods and online tools.

• Build strong relationships with clients by following up regularly.

• Go to networking events, trade shows, and industry expos.

• Quickly answer client questions and give them detailed info about our services.

• Research competitors and the market to help create business plans.

• Check out travel industry trends, customer feedback, and what competitors offer.

• Work with our digital marketing teams to get new leads.

• Stay updated on travel industry trends and what competitors are doing.

• Work with new corporate clients every month.

What We're Looking For

Requirements & Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar area.

• We welcome freshers, but prefer candidates with up to 1 year of experience in client service, sales, or visa processing.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).

• Able to handle many client cases with great attention to detail.

• A problem-solving attitude focused on keeping customers happy.

• A team player who can also work well alone.

• Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
