Role & responsibilities

• Provide academic guidance and support to students in course selection, educational planning, and career goals.

• Generate a pool of prospects by identifying the need for upskilling based on the student's areas of interest.

• Assist working professionals and non-working students/candidates with detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video consulting to create a strong pipeline

• Call leads provided by the company.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to tackle academic challenges and develop personalized strategies for success.

• Monitor students' academic progress and intervene when necessary to ensure the timely completion of requirements.

• Meet monthly enrolment targets by registering students at the required university.

• Connect with a minimum of 100-150 working and non-working professionals daily from the database.
