Consultant / Support for an Software IT company

We are looking for a Business Analyst cum Functional cum Support professional to join our team.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent).

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

• Good understanding of business processes & workflows.

• Ability to gather and document requirements.

• Functional knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (preferred).

• Basic accounting/finance knowledge (added advantage).

• Strong problem-solving and support skills.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering & preparing functional specifications.

• Coordinating between clients and technical teams.

• Handling day-to-day support tickets and resolving issues.

• Assisting in testing, training, and user documentation.

• Ensuring smooth client communication and process support.
