Job Title: Telesales Executive – Domestic Process

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Domestic Telesales

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate

Languages Required: English + Hindi

Shift: Day Shift (with 1 weekly off)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound sales calls for domestic clients.

• Pitch products/services effectively and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality communication.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.

• Prior telesales/telecalling experience (minimum 6 months).

• Goal-oriented with a positive and target-driven attitude.

• Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
