We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Telecaller for our Tamil Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Tamil and a friendly attitude to interact with customers professionally. This role involves outbound calling, providing information, handling customer queries, and maintaining proper records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain the services clearly.

• Maintain a positive and professional tone throughout the conversation.

• Update customer details, call status, and follow-up information in the system.

• Handle customer queries with clarity and patience.

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets set by the team.

• Submit call reports and documentation to the supervisor.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Good communication skills in Tamil (Fluent)

• Pleasant voice and convincing ability

• Basic computer knowledge (typing, data entry)

• Prior telecalling experience is an added advantage (freshers also welcome)

• Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently

Qualification

• 10th / 12th / Any Degree

Work Timing

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
