Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and confident BPO Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Responsibilities include answering queries, providing information, resolving complaints, and promoting products or services as required. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and/or regional languages, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle pressure. Basic computer knowledge and previous call center experience are an added advantage. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and can work in a target-driven environment.
