Position: Telecaller – Customer Coordination & Data Management
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Data Handling
Call and interact with customers regarding their requirements for interior design, painting, furniture (sofa, rods, garden sets, kitchen needs, etc.).
Record customer details and preferences accurately in the company database.
Maintain confidentiality of customer data provided by the office.
2. Project Coordination
Coordinate with engineers, electricians, and plumbers regarding material pickup, usage, and delivery.
Track customer requirements and communicate them to the Business Development Team.
Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and resolve any basic queries.
3. Reporting & Feedback
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports about customer requirements, site updates, and any problems faced during coordination.
Highlight urgent issues and escalate to senior management when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum:- 10th Pass / 12th/Graduate preferred.
Strong communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Word for reporting.
Ability to coordinate with technical teams (engineers, electricians, plumbers).
Pleasant personality, patience, and customer-focused attitude.
Salary & Benefits:
