We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team at HRH NEXT Services. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide support, and ensure a smooth service experience.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide accurate information and support regarding company products/services.
Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Record and update customer information in the system.
Maintain quality and service standards as per process guidelines.
Escalate issues when necessary to the concerned department.
Good communication skills (English/Tamil as required).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
Ability to work during evening/night shift timing (7 PM to 12 AM).
Prior BPO experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Fixed salary of ₹7,500 per month.
