Job Role: Debt recovery Process by calling NPA customer
• Raise settlement & Complaints on the CRM tool.
• Educate customers about cibil and collect pending amount.
• Maintain adequate knowledge levels on products, processes and systems used
• Ensure collection target are met
• Skills Required: o Excellent verbal communication skills o Time management skills to manage o Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information o Strong communication with customer o Knowledge of Banking / Credit cards/ Cibil / Loan preferred
