The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates, explaining various skill training programs, and enrolling them in relevant courses. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain various government or private skill training programs.

• Educate candidates about course benefits, eligibility, job prospects, and placement support.

• Maintain a database of candidate details and follow up regularly.

• Convert inquiries into walk-ins or direct enrollments.

• Coordinate with mobilization and counselling teams for field support.

• Handle queries politely and professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and enrollments.

• Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).

• Good communication skills in Hindi and regional languages; English is a plus.

• Confidence in talking over the phone.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a target-driven environment.

Skills Required:

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Active listening and problem-solving attitude.

• Time management and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of the skill development domain (training, placements, etc.) is an added advantage.
