We are looking for a dedicated and confident Tele Caller for our Debt Recovery Process, who is fluent in Gujarati and Bengali, to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with default customers, explaining dues, and ensuring timely payments.
Make outbound calls to customers for recovery of pending loan/credit card dues.
Communicate clearly in Gujarati and Bengali to ensure effective interaction with regional customers.
Educate defaulters about their outstanding dues and convince them to make payments.
Maintain polite and professional communication even in difficult conversations.
Update customer records and call logs accurately in the system.
Follow up consistently and maintain proper follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with team leaders/supervisors for escalation cases.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
