·         Conduct daily briefings and training sessions to improve agent performance.

·         Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition rates.

·         Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like AHT, shrinkage, attrition, and international voice process metrics.

·         Ensure compliance with quality standards by monitoring call recordings.

·         2-5 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in team leading or similar role.
