About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Team Leader (TL) with at least 1 year of leadership experience in a BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service executives, ensuring consistent performance, and meeting operational KPIs.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and people management skills to drive performance and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of agents to achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets
Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews
Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and process standards
Handle escalations and provide quick resolution to customer issues
Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance
Generate performance reports and share insights with management
Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of goals
Drive team engagement and maintain a positive work environment
Manage scheduling, attendance, and adherence
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO/Contact Center
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a target-driven environment
Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Good understanding of BPO metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR, Quality, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willing to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling voice/non-voice processes
Exposure to performance improvement plans (PIP) and team appraisals
Knowledge of CRM systems or dialer tools
