We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for a non-voice Email & Chat Support role. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries efficiently through written communication, ensuring a seamless support experience.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat platforms.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns and determining the best solution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Good written communication skills in English.
Typing speed of at least 25–30 WPM with accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email/chat tools.
Freshers or candidates with prior BPO/non-voice experience are welcome.
Must be available for same-day joining.
