Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational and administrative activities

• Track and follow up on internal and external tasks to ensure timely execution

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments

• Maintain reports, trackers, and process documentation

• Support onboarding, scheduling, and planning of routine tasks

• Identify bottlenecks and proactively escalate or resolve issues

• Ensure high standards of task ownership, punctuality, and professionalism

• Communicate fluently in English, Kannada, and Hindi

Candidate Profile

• Gender: Female

• Age: Below 35 years

• Marital Status: Married candidates preferred

• Education: Minimum Graduation (any stream)

• Experience: Freshers welcome; 1+ year in coordination/management roles is a plus

• Languages: Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is mandatory

• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
