About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager – Banking to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing branch operations, supporting the branch manager, driving business growth, and ensuring superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in day-to-day operations and team supervision.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.

• Manage customer relationships and resolve escalated queries efficiently.

• Monitor branch performance and contribute to achieving business targets (CASA, loans, cross-selling, etc.).

• Guide and support staff in sales, operations, and customer service functions.

• Analyze reports, track performance, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration (Master’s preferred).

• 0–3 years of experience in banking/financial services.

• Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and customer service.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
