Total Duration: 12 months
4 months Residential Classroom Training at NIIT University
3 months Paid Internship at Axis Bank branches
5 months On-the-Job Training (OJT) as Assistant Manager – BRO
Certification & Role
Certificate: Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services (PGDBS) from NIIT University
Post-Training Role: Assistant Manager – Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) at Axis Bank
Compensation & Stipend
Stipend during training: ₹5,000/month (first 4 months)
Internship stipend: ₹24,491/month (months 5–7)
Fixed CTC after joining: ₹4.40 lakh per annum (includes performance-linked pay & benefits)
Total Earned During Program: Around ₹2.15 lakh
Program Fee & Payment Options
Program Fee: ₹2,37,288 + 18% GST
Registration Fee: ₹2,119 + GST (approx.)
Installment Plan:
Installment 1: ₹1,18,000 + GST (on admission)
Installment 2: ₹1,17,169 + GST (After 10 Days Period)
Loan Facility: Available via Axis Bank (EMIs start 6 months after joining)
Eligibility Criteria
Age: Should be 21 to 30 years at the time of application
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate from any stream with ≥ 50% marks (final or aggregate) – regular mode only
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 2–3 years work experience
Restrictions: Not eligible if related to Axis Bank employees, under disciplinary proceedings, or convicted under criminal statutes
