We are looking for a AR Caller to join our client based out of Bangalore. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to US Healthcare. The role offers ₹22000 - ₹32000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare services.
Service customers seeking support with their monthly healthy benefit package.
This monthly benefit can be used in pharmacies and is present on a card to be used for over-the-counter medications such as cold/flu and nutritional supplements.
Customers will seek help with replacement cards, balance checks, and contact information updates.
Successful associates can distinguish varying levels of customer complexity & communicate effectively.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Night shift.
