Job Description:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Academic Counsellors to join our dynamic team. The role involves guiding students in selecting suitable academic programs, understanding their goals, and providing end-to-end support throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs, career paths, and admission procedures.

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds and help them choose the right course.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as walk-in inquiries, to provide accurate information.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure successful enrollment.

• Achieve individual and team goals related to admissions and student satisfaction.

• Maintain proper records of student interactions and conversions.

Requirements:

• Education: Undergraduate (UG) / Postgraduate (PG)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to build rapport and understand student needs.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)

• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
