Job Title: South Indian Cook
Location: Saptingala – Gandhipuram

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare authentic South Indian dishes, including:
2. Dosa varieties (e.g., masala dosa, onion dosa, ghee roast)
3. Variety rice (e.g., lemon rice, tamarind rice, curd rice)
4. South Indian-style biriyani (veg and non-veg)
5. Traditional curries, gravies, and side dishes
6. Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards
7. Manage prep work efficiently to meet daily demands
8. Monitor stock and communicate requirements to kitchen management
9. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
10. Work closely with the team to maintain kitchen flow and quality
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a South Indian Cook in restaurants or catering
2. Good knowledge of spices, techniques, and traditional methods
3. Ability to cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
4. Punctual, reliable, and committed to food quality
5. Team player with a positive attitude
