We are seeking a talented and experienced South Indian Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, skilled in culinary techniques, and able to manage a team to deliver exceptional dishes consistently. You will be responsible for menu creation, food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and ensuring high-quality culinary standards.
Plan and develop creative, seasonal, and cost-effective menus.
Oversee daily food preparation and ensure consistency and quality.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
Work with management to accommodate special dietary requests and event-specific menus.
Stay current on industry trends and introduce new ideas to keep offerings fresh.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred.
Deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
