We’re looking for a Senior Chef with 8+ years of experience to lead our kitchen, innovate with vegan recipes, and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Lead kitchen operations, ensuring smooth production and timely service.
Develop and innovate plant-based menus that align with our café’s ethos.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
Train, mentor, and supervise junior chefs and kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and skill development.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and compliance with FSSAI standards.
Monitor inventory, costing, and wastage to maintain profitability.
Collaborate with management on special menus, seasonal offerings, and events.
Handle vendor relations to ensure consistent supply of quality ingredients.
Prepare regular kitchen performance reports and suggest process improvements.
Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institute.
8+ years of professional experience, preferably in vegan, plant-based, or health-focused kitchens.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Expertise in menu planning, costing, and kitchen administration.
Creativity and passion for plant-based cuisine.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
