Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and pasta ingredients according to standard recipes.
Cook pizzas and pasta dishes to order, ensuring taste, presentation, and portion sizes meet company standards.
Operate and maintain pizza ovens, pasta cookers, and other kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) for all ingredients to ensure freshness.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor.
Assist in menu updates, trials, and special promotions.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and waste management.
Work as part of the kitchen team to meet order timelines during peak hours.
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass; Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred.
1–2 years of experience in pizza or pasta preparation (freshers with training may be considered).
Knowledge of pizza dough making, pasta cooking, and sauce preparation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to stand for long hours.
Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment.
Capable of lifting moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
