Prepare sauces, toppings, and ingredients in advance, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
Operate and maintain pizza ovens, pasta machines, and other kitchen equipment safely.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards (as per FSSAI guidelines).
Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation during peak hours.
Experiment with new recipes or variations to enhance the menu offerings.
Follow portion control guidelines to minimize wastage.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and kitchen SOPs.
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, especially pizza and pasta varieties.
Hands-on experience in dough making, sauce preparation, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
