Roles & Duties:
Pizza Preparation: Create pizzas by preparing dough, spreading sauce, adding cheese, and topping with various ingredients according to customer orders and company standards.
Baking and Finishing: Operate pizza ovens and other cooking equipment to bake pizzas for the correct amount of time and at the right temperature.
Ingredient Management: Prepare all raw materials, such as cutting vegetables, and check the quality of ingredients to ensure they meet standards.
Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including utensils and equipment, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Order Fulfilment: Take customer orders accurately via phone, online, or in person, and package food for take-out or delivery.
Teamwork and Communication: Follow directions, communicate effectively with other staff, and potentially assist with other menu items like salads or pasta.
Inventory Support: Help with stocking and inventory by keeping track of supplies and ingredients.
