Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Dosa Maker to prepare a variety of South Indian dosas and related dishes in a quick-service environment. The ideal candidate should be efficient, hygienic, and able to maintain consistent taste and quality.
Responsibilities:
Prepare various types of dosas (plain, masala, cheese, Uttapam etc.) and chutneys/sambar.
Manage the dosa counter and ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of cooking area and utensils.
Handle orders efficiently during rush hours.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment (tawa, gas stove, etc.).
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in stock management of ingredients (rice batter, chutney, oil, etc.).
