Assist in the preparation, baking, decorating, and plating of desserts, pastries, and breads under direct guidance of the Head Chef/Owner. Gain hands-on training to eventually handle independent production.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in daily production of cakes, desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
2.Follow recipes and techniques as demonstrated by the Head Chef.
3.Handle mise-en-place, measuring, mixing, baking, cooling, and finishing products.
4.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery area.
5.Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and ingredient ordering.
6.Support in service during peak hours, including plating and packaging.
7.Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as skills develop.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of baking or a strong interest to learn.
Good time management and multitasking skills.
Physically fit to handle kitchen work.
Positive attitude and team player.
