Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Cook/Chef.
Need a Cook who can make Veg and Non-veg Soups, Sweet Dish, Street foods
The Ideal Candidate should maintain food quality, cleanliness and speed of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook items
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size
Handle cooking equipment
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and follow safety standards
Manage prep work (Chopping vegetables, sauces, marinating etc.)
Monitor stock and report shortage to management
Work with kitchen helpers or assistants as part of the team
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and freshness of food items
Serve food Quality during rush hours without compromising quality
Requirements:
Experience in Food cooking
Basic understanding of kitchen safety, hygine, and food handling
Ability to work in a fast – paced environment
Should be punctual, honest and clean in appearance
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of popular items like:
Soup - Multiple types
Sweet Dish – Halwa, Fruit Custard etc
Chopping Fruits and Vegetables
Ability to manage work
Good coordination with team
