We are seeking an experienced Indian Cuisine Chef with expertise in preparing authentic vegetarian and/or non-vegetarian dishes. The candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional recipes, regional flavors, spices, and modern presentation techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
Maintain authenticity in taste while ensuring high quality and hygiene standards.
Innovate and update menus with seasonal items and customer preferences
Monitor inventory, control wastage, and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Train and guide kitchen staff in Indian culinary practices.
Ensure compliance with food safety and FSSAI standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef (veg and/or non-veg specialization).
Strong knowledge of regional Indian cuisines (North, South, East, West).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Certification in Culinary Arts preferred (but not mandatory).
